Drop-in Classes
Drop-in group fitness classes are an inclusive part of the membership at WCP Fitness Centre. Dedicated and enthusiastic instructors help make exercise something to look forward to, and with over 25 classes each week there must be an appropriate class for everyone. The class schedule is updated monthly. Check back for updates.
 
Registered Programs
Registered programs are pre-paid group classes that run for several weeks each throughout the year. They are progressive in nature and generally work around a specific style or theme. Some of the exciting programs we offer include yoga, pilates, dance fitness, sports conditioning and group personal training.
