GROUP EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
FULL BODY STRENGTH: This strength class is designed to provide a challenging workout for the whole body using a variety of exercises and equipment. Suitable for all fitness levels!
CIRCUIT TRAINING: This dynamic workout method provides a full-body workout that involves moving from one exercise "station" to the next. You'll perform a set number of repetitions or work for a specific amount of time at each station before resting. Stations include a variety of exercises designed to improve muscular strength & endurance, and cardiovascualr health. Feed off the energy of the group without having to keep up with anyone but yourself.
FULL BODY SCULPT: This full-body class combines strength training with high-intensity intervals to keep your heart rate up and your muscles challenged. Using compound movements and varied equipment, you'll build strength, boost endurance, and break a serious sweat. All fitness levels welcome!
BARRE FUSION: Welcome to Barre Fusion by Ballet Beats®. Enjoy a full-body workout that combines ballet with energizing music. These classes enhance muscular endurance, mobility, and technique, with no dance experience required. All fitness levels are welcome to join for movement and smiles!
MOBILIZE & STRETCH: This class focuses on improving joint and tissue movement to enhance daily activities and reduce pain. Unlock tight hips, rounded shoulders, and stiff lower backs with targeted mobility and stretching exercises that will leave you feeling good and energized.
YOGA: Relax, enhance your flexibility, and boost your mobility. Transition smoothly between postures while syncing with your breath. No prior experience required.
